About Paula

Paula is a leading traditional Chinese medicine acupuncture Specialist treating pain by inserting needles into specific points on the body to re-balance energy flow.

Paula also is a fertility treatments, where she targets the parasympathetic nervous system to balance out hormones.

Also specialising in musculoskeletal treatment, Paula is able to use acupuncture needles to target muscles to release tension, thereby reducing pain in the body. Paula is able to treat chronic fatigue syndrome, stress, insomnia, anxiety, depression, TMJ dysfunction, headaches and migraines, osteoarthritis of the knee, and other musculoskeletal and pain conditions, including chronic pain including neck and back pain; joint pain.

During an initial session, Paula will go through and build your full case history in order to give you a diagnosis and decide which treatment is best for you. After this diagnosis, Paula will be able to provide a treatment that could range from kinesiology, acupuncture, cupping, gua sha, or a combination of these, targeting certain areas of the body while you are able to unwind and relax in a calming environment. After a session, you can expect to feel totally relaxed and there should be a noticeable reduction in pain within 24-48hrs.
