Toby is a Graduate of the British School of Shiatsu and Professionally registered member of Shiatsu Society UK.
He is passionate about Shiatsu and feels his practice helps increases his client’s health and vitality by nourishing the circulation of blood and energy to the tissues and vital organs.
Toby also uses his own form of daily breathing and gentle stretching exercises in between treatments to further strengthen his clients healing process.
He Whole Heartedly believes that Shiatsu offers people simple but powerful way to maintain their own health in a gentle and supportive way.
INTRODUCTION TO SHIATSU
What happens in a Shiatsu session?
A session usually begins with a discussion about your health. Normally this would include any specific problems you have, and a discussion of your work, family, eating and exercise patterns.
This is followed by the Shiatsu treatment which lasts Approximately 60 minutes.
What Conditions are Shiatsu good for?
Shiatsu is a safe and gentle therapy which can help with most conditions.

What should I wear?
You remain fully clothed. You should wear loose fitting clothing, preferably with long sleeves as your body temperature often drops a little during the treatment. Avoid wearing skirts or jeans and please leave sometime between eating before and having your treatment.
