Mounir will help you overcome your fears and setbacks to get you looking and feeling great! All done in the comfort of your own home or in your local park.
Mounir's background is similar to some of yours. He was a demotivated, unhappy, unhealthy, unfit person that found great confidence, happiness and motivation from exercising and changing his way of life.
Mounir says, ' I have been helping people achieve their goals for 6 years. I love training people that love a challenge and set a goal. Changing ones lifestyle is something to be proud of, I know exactly how difficult it can be (I've done it the hard way) and have perfected ways to help you achieve anything!’
What's the process?
A session will last up to 1 hour depending on your program.
The first couple of sessions will include testing your capabilities in terms of strength, how you move, dietary habits, among other health and fitness related habits.
From these sessions you will receive the best program at that moment to get you to a fitter, leaner, stronger you.

Stretching is for everyone. Ours is popular, fun and combines Yoga, Joseph Pilates' methods and Brad Walker stretches for increased flexibility and mobility, injury rehabilitation and posture improvements so your joints and muscles get to function as best as they can as you go about your daily activities.
You don't need to be able to touch your toes to attend. It's all about keeping you moving and supple cos 'What you don't move, you lose'! It’s best to have regular sessions which will be tailored specifically for you to help address any issues or to suit your lifestyle. Whether you are an amateur golfer, office worker, busy mum, senior citizen, active sporty type it doesn’t matter.
Everyone* is welcome, all ages and abilities and there are no requirements, just come as you are. It doesn’t matter where you are starting from as you will see and feel the improvements. We won’t just stretch your body, we also want to stretch your smile.
*Note: Our Just Stretch is not ideal if you are pregnant or have hypermobile joints. Postnatal attendance is from at least 8 months after the birth of your baby following an assessment to determine your core has regained stability.
