Vitamin D3

Why do i need to take Vitamin D?

Vitamin D helps to regulate the amount of calcium and phosphate in your body.

Vitamin D may also help increase muscle strength.

Supports your immune system

May support in mental health

Vitamin D is a fat-soluble vitamin that is naturally present in a small amount of foods, in fortified foods and available as a dietary supplement.

Vitamin D is both a nutrient we eat and a hormone our bodies make.

The body also manufactures vitamin D from cholesterol, through a process triggered by the action of sunlight on skin.

Daily exercise assists in the production of Vitamin D.
